A Steady Place to Begin

You don’t have to be certain, confident, or have the right words. You just need a place that won’t rush you, silence you, or ask you to perform — a place where your story, your pace, and your nervous system matter.

My coaching is built for women who are rebuilding themselves — their voice, clarity, boundaries, and identity — after seasons of survival, transition, or emotional harm. If you’re here, you’re already rising.

This guide will help you understand what trauma‑informed coaching looks like here, what you can expect, and how we move together through identity reconstruction, emotional steadiness, and the slow return to your inner truth.

Who This Work Supports

This coaching is designed for women who are:

  • Healing from emotional abuse, betrayal, or relational trauma
  • Rebuilding identity after collapse, rupture, or major life transition
  • Learning to trust their intuition again
  • Exhausted from overfunctioning, caretaking, or chronic self‑abandonment
  • Ready to stop shrinking, silencing themselves, or carrying everything alone
  • Seeking clarity, emotional steadiness, and grounded self‑leadership
  • Writing from lived experience and wanting trauma‑informed support

You don’t have to fit a category. You don’t have to explain yourself perfectly. You just have to be here — and willing to take one honest step toward yourself.

What Trauma‑Informed Coaching Looks Like Here

This is not performance coaching or mindset work. This is identity reconstruction — the slow, steady return to yourself.

Together, we work at the intersection of psychology, trauma‑informed practice, emotional steadiness, identity rebuilding, narrative clarity, spiritual grounding, and somatic awareness.

My background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology, multiple certifications through the American Association of Christian Counselors, ordination for spiritual care, and Reiki Master attunement. I am currently completing the final steps toward clinical mental health licensure, which means our work is grounded, ethical, and paced with care.

This is a space where your nervous system leads, your story is honored, and your identity is rebuilt from the inside out — without pressure, urgency, or emotional overwhelm.

What Makes This Approach Trauma‑Informed

Trauma‑informed coaching honors your nervous system, your lived experience, and your pace. It means:

  • No pushing you into stories you’re not ready to tell
  • No forcing “breakthroughs” or emotional exposure
  • No bypassing your emotional reality
  • No pathologizing your responses or survival strategies
  • No pressure to perform, impress, or be “strong”

Instead, we focus on clarity, containment, emotional steadiness, and rebuilding trust with yourself. You get to move slowly, honestly, and with full permission to be exactly where you are.

The Four Pathways of Trauma‑Informed Coaching

Most women I work with find themselves in one or more of these arcs. They help us understand where you are — and where we begin.

Voice

For the woman who feels muted, silenced, or unsure how to speak for herself again.

We rebuild your voice gently — through clarity, emotional truth, and grounded self‑expression.

Clarity

For the woman who feels foggy, overwhelmed, or disconnected from what she wants.

We untangle the emotional noise so you can hear yourself again.

Boundaries

For the woman who is done abandoning herself and ready to rebuild self‑trust.

We strengthen your internal signals so you can honor your limits without guilt or collapse.

Story

For the woman writing from lived experience — without retraumatizing herself.

We work with narrative clarity, emotional pacing, and trauma‑informed structure.

You don’t have to choose the “right” one. Your story will tell us where to begin.

How We Work Together

Your nervous system sets the pace. Your story sets the direction. Your identity sets the work.

I don’t push, rush, or override. I walk with you — steadily, clearly, and without judgment — as you rise and reclaim the parts of yourself you thought were gone.

Our work is collaborative, grounded, and deeply attuned. You are not a project to fix. You are a person returning to herself.

Your Coaching Options

Each option is designed to meet you where you are emotionally, not where you “should” be.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be “ready” to start coaching?

No. You can begin exactly where you are — overwhelmed, unsure, or in transition.

Is this therapy?

No. This is trauma‑informed coaching — grounded, supportive, and clarity‑centered, but not clinical therapy.

What if I don’t know what I need?

That’s completely normal. Most women begin without clarity. We figure it out together.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes — all sessions are virtual for accessibility, comfort, and nervous‑system safety.

What’s the best place to start?

An Intake Session is the gentlest, most grounded entry point.

If You’re Here, You’re Ready Enough

You don’t have to be healed, confident, or certain. You just have to be willing to take one steady step toward yourself.
