Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

All digital products — including workbooks, journals, ritual kits, and downloads — are non-refundable. This is standard for digital goods, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that all sales are final and that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions may be booked as single sessions or as part of a package.

• Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered used.
• No-shows are considered used and are not refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. Repeated rescheduling may not be accommodated.

Packages

Packages must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase (for example, 3 months for 3-session packages, 6 months for 6-session packages). Unused sessions are not refundable.

Payment plans for packages must be completed in full, regardless of participation or completion.

Emergency Exceptions

If you experience a genuine emergency, you may email me to discuss options. I handle these situations with compassion and clear boundaries, but cannot guarantee exceptions.

Emergency exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not establish precedent for future requests.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking. By booking a session or purchasing a product, you agree to this policy.

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Your payment details are not stored on this website.

Refunds for Services Not Rendered

If I need to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session. This applies only when the cancellation is initiated by me.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Additional time cannot be added, and the session will be considered used.

Non-Transferability

Sessions, packages, and digital products are non-transferable. They may not be gifted, reassigned, or shared unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for services or digital products that were delivered or made available is considered a violation of this policy. I reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with documentation of delivery and communication.

Policy Updates

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or booking of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
